New Deck and Verandah in Bundanoon

Clean Air Construction had the privilege of building a brand new deck and verandah in Bundanoon recently.

A timber subframe was constructed using H4 timber throughout, using a combination of metal stirrups and adjustable plastic joist supports. Composite decking boards were installed for the actual decking.

To achieve as low a fall as possible for the roof, Trimdek profile was chosen, with alternating sheets of Colorbond and Polycarbonate.

The end result is a vastly improved outdoor living area for the clients to use and enjoy.
